Agreement Terms

In order for Green for Green’s recycling services to work efficiently and effectively, we require you to agree to the following rules:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring the materials placed into the receptacle are clean and free of any debris.
• You will only ship recyclable materials that our system accepts. We reserve the right to reject any non-conforming materials.
• You will not ship any materials that may be considered hazardous waste. This includes items such as lithium-ion batteries, organics, and pressurized canisters and anything that is illegal under federal, state, or local law, sharp, flammable, reactive, corrosive, ignitable, radioactive, toxic, infectious, or pathogenic.
• You will retain all title and risk of loss for the return shipment until it arrives at our facility.

If you are ordering our services on behalf of a company or organization, you hereby represent that you have the authority to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of such company or organization.
