End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Green For Green, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). This Agreement governs your use of the Green For Green mobile application (the “App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal or business use, in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App.
  • Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

3. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://greenforgreenshop.com/privacy-policy/. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Orders and Transactions

The App enables you to place orders through Green For Green’s platform. All orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions, which can be found at https://greenforgreenshop.com/terms-and-services/. Prices, availability, and other details are subject to change without notice.

5. Updates and Changes

We may provide updates to the App, which you agree to download and install promptly. The terms of this Agreement apply to all updates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Green For Green or its licensors. Your use of the App does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you violate any term. Upon termination, you must immediately delete the App and cease all use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, including indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

11. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this Agreement. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

BY INSTALLING OR USING THE APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
